MissionIT panel of lawyers for giving legal aid to NRIs

[Legal assistance programme for NRI communities: Each members of the panel has an obligation to serve free of cost (promptly), complex issues requiring personalized attention can be charged moderately]. If there is a genuine complaint on deficiency of service, such lawyers will be excluded from the panel.

The existing panel includes senior lawyers in district courts, high courts and Supreme Court including certain retired judges.

Lawyers may sign up for being included in the panel.
